About Us

Curious Casper was founded in May 2020 with a heartfelt mission: to help parents, guardians and carers educate, entertain and have fun with their children during the UK’s COVID-19 lockdown. Since those early days we’ve evolved significantly – refining our logo, enhancing our website and sharpening our focus.

At our core, we are dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Our current range highlights creations in pyrography, digital art, 3D printing and historical military books. Everything we do is designed to be not just a gift, but a cherished item that tells a story.

We’ve recently welcomed Sophie to our team with her venture, Sophie Does Art. She specialises in immortalising your beloved pets through hand-drawn digital illustrations, adding a personal touch to our range.

Whether you’re browsing our shop for an ‘off the shelf’ item or seeking a bespoke creation, we’re here to help – just reach out, and we’ll respond quickly to your enquiries. Each handcrafted item, be it artwork, Pyrography or 3D printing, has its own unique character, making it a one-of-a-kind treasure.

Our commitment to craftsmanship means everything we sell is done with care and thoughtfulness.

We love hearing from you. If you don’t see what you’re looking for online, let us know – your suggestions inspire us and spark engaging conversations.

Curious Casper will probably always be a small business, and we embrace that wholeheartedly. The owner, Jon Huggett, has also taken on the Editor-in-Chief role of a quarterly magazine for the Muzzle Loaders Association of Great Britain (MLAGB), producing a 52- to 56-page issue for the Association’s members. It’s a niche subject, but one with a worldwide readership.

When you purchase from Curious Casper, you’re supporting a small team that values your business, no matter the size of your order. We appreciate your support – so feel free to get in touch with questions, share your thoughts.
